“My partner and I had a lovely time. Michael, the host, was as exceptional as the dinner he prepared for us. The freshly delivered warm croissants in the morning were the perfect way to start the day. The cabin is homey and well cared for. If you're staying in Montville, we definitely recommend you stay here.”
“We can highly recommend the "Seniors Market" deal and everything associated with our stay. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable, well-equipped accommodation, and amazing food. Michael's care and his attention to detail are second to none. The add-on meals were superb. We look forward to returning for a winter experience.”
“Enjoyed a great stay at MCC. Michael was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our morning treats of hot croissants delivered to our door and all the other things that were in the cabin for us to enjoy. It's only a few minutes from Montville Village, and the cabins are in a beautiful setting. Thanks for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!”
“Such a lovely, quiet and tranquil place. The cabin we stayed in was very comfortable and the welcome hamper was full of delicious stuff. Birds come along and sit on the balcony rail in the morning and you can hand feed them. The cabins are about 4km out of Montville and it's an easy drive that's well worth it. We would definitely stay here again.”
“My partner organised a surprise weekend away for my birthday last weekend and chose here. The place has character, surroundings are superb, the animal life around the pond was magical, staff very welcoming. It is the perfect destination to choose your adventure. I'll never forget my weekend here with my man.”
“We have visited a few times and our last visit didn't disappoint! We were in the cheapest cottage and it still was amazing. The breakfast hamper, the picnic hamper, the fire, spa, all the touches just made our weekend amazing. Thank you. Highly recommend. We'll be back many times.”
“Absolutely loved our 2-night stay. It was such a comfortable, secluded and romantic location. We will definitely be going back very soon. Loved the setting and even though there were other guests staying in other cottages, it felt like we were the only ones there. The delivery of hot, freshly baked croissants each morning was awesome.”
“The delightful cabins are set in 16 acres of gardens, thoughtfully positioned for maximum privacy. The charming and helpful resident managers really made our stay a wonderful experience. Fresh eggs and other provisions added a lovely touch. It is a great place to relax and enjoy nature and each other.”
“Was just what we needed after a stressful week. We stayed in the Peace cabin and loved it from the moment we entered. So enjoyed the peace and quiet. The breakfast supplied for the 3 days was more than enough. We also ordered a BBQ pack and seafood platter. Both exceeded our expectations, with desserts as well. Will definitely be back!”
“Great location for relaxed time away. All your needs met, with lovely situated cabins with very private views and homely comforts. Friendly, welcoming hosts that provide a relaxed atmosphere to get away from it all. Well worth the visit.”
